Supplied as a pair

The package contains two braces. When a dog favours one leg, the other carries more of the load, which is why NeoAlly supplies these in pairs. Ask your veterinarian whether one or both should be fitted in your pet’s case.

Three support levels

Each brace comes with two sets of strip inserts — rigid metal strips and semi-rigid metal spring strips. Both are removable and interchangeable, so you can set the level of support:

• Rigid metal strips — the firmest setting, for stabilisation and immobilisation
• Semi-rigid spring strips — firm support for the rear leg and hock joint while still allowing movement
• No inserts — flexible support and coverage only

Which setting is right depends on your pet. Ask your veterinarian.

Which version to choose

This is the short version, for smaller dogs or dogs with short legs. For a large dog or one with long legs, choose the long version.

Materials

• Strong, soft neoprene, perforated for breathability
• Reflective safety straps for low-light visibility
• Adjustable closure

The perforated neoprene is designed to stay comfortable during extended wear and to cover the leg so your dog is less able to reach it.

Fitting and skin checks

Measure your pet’s leg before ordering and check the measurement against the size chart on this page. Once fitted, check the skin under the brace regularly and remove it to let the leg breathe. Stop using it and speak to your vet if you see rubbing, redness or any sign of discomfort.
