ZAVYRO Terms of Service

1. Overview and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZAVYRO website and your purchase of products from ZAVYRO. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. You are responsible for providing accurate account and order information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying ZAVYRO of unauthorized account activity.

3. Products and availability

ZAVYRO works to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device. Product information may be corrected when an error is identified. Products and quantities may be limited, changed, or discontinued. An item shown on the site is not guaranteed to remain available.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. ZAVYRO may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or fulfillment constraints, pricing or product-information errors, or an inability to ship to the address provided. If ZAVYRO cancels a paid order, the corresponding payment will be refunded.

Please review your contact, billing, and delivery information before placing an order. Contact ZAVYRO promptly if a correction is needed; a change cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

The product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and order total are displayed during checkout before purchase. Prices may change without notice but changes do not alter an order already accepted. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

6. Fulfillment partners

Some products may be stocked or shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. This can result in separate packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates for one order. ZAVYRO remains the customer-facing store for orders placed on this site.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping eligibility, charges, processing information, tracking, and delivery estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, the return window, return-shipping responsibility, condition requirements, exclusions, and refund processing are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law; impersonate another person; provide false information; violate intellectual-property rights; or use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. ZAVYRO is not responsible for content or services controlled by an independent third party, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you voluntarily submit a review, suggestion, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant ZAVYRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that submission in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the store and complete transactions.

14. Errors and updates

ZAVYRO may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information on the site. When an error materially affects an order, ZAVYRO may contact you, correct the order with your agreement, or cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

The site and general editorial content are provided for informational purposes and do not replace professional veterinary, medical, legal, or other qualified advice. Products must be used according to their instructions and with appropriate supervision. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZAVYRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify ZAVYRO against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

18. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

ZAVYRO may suspend or terminate access to the site when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the site, or when these Terms are materially breached. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
