The Trail Lite Sleeping Bag is a minimalist 36 by 28 inch bag with recycled down insulation, an insulated hood and a cinch collar, and it adds a cozy end to the daily rhythm of an outdoorsy dog.
An evening ritual for the outdoorsy dog
Dogs that spend their days outside like a place to settle when the day is done. This sleeping bag is made for backpackers and car campers, and it works well as that spot at the end of a walk, a hike or a trip. Picture the routine: a long walk, a bowl of water, a quick towel-off, and then a roll-up bed ready on the floor of the tent or the back of the car.
What it is made of
600-fill recycled down insulation: for lightweight warmth.
Insulated hood: an extra layer around the head.
Cinch collar: a drawstring-style closure to keep the bag snug around your dog.
Fully recycled body fabric: in keeping with the brand's sustainability goals.
Lightweight and portable: minimalist, easy to carry.
Size
One size is offered: 36 by 28 inches. Compare it with your dog's size lying down, and make sure there is space to turn and stretch. Measure from nose to the base of the tail, and consider the width of the chest.
Making it part of the routine
Let your dog explore the bag at home before using it outside.
Put it in the same place at each stop, so the spot is familiar.
After use, shake it out and let it air before packing it away.
