At Zavyro, we want to give you as much real customer feedback as possible to help you make your choices.

Where do our reviews come from?

We use Judge.me, a recognised independent provider, to collect and display customer reviews. The reviews shown on our site come from two sources:

- Customers who purchased directly from Zavyro
- Verified buyers who purchased the same products (same brands, same references) from other stores using Judge.me

This practice, known as "review syndication", lets us offer you relevant feedback as soon as a product goes live, even when it is new to our catalogue.

Moderation and publication

Reviews are published without any modification on our part. No negative review is removed, unless it contains abusive, defamatory, or off-topic content unrelated to the product. Reviews are listed in chronological order.

No compensation (discount, gift, etc.) is offered in exchange for a review.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles D111-17 to D111-19 of the French Consumer Code and the European Omnibus Directive (2019/2161), we inform you that:

- Reviews are collected and verified by Judge.me, an independent provider
- Some reviews come from purchases made at other stores offering the same products
- No compensation is offered in exchange for a review
- Reviews are kept for a period of 5 years
- Reviews are ranked chronologically
