The Mars Cat Collar is a keepsake-style gift for a cat lover, with a breakaway safety clip, 100% brass hardware and a statement customizable brass tag.
A gift with meaning
The supplier writes that our pets will always have a place in our hearts, and that is the spirit of this collar: a lasting piece for a pet who is part of the family. It is meticulously designed as an accessory for a feline friend, and it prioritizes comfort and safety. For a gift, it works as a welcome present for a new kitten, a birthday gift or a thoughtful gift for someone who has just adopted a cat.
What the recipient gets
Breakaway safety clip: comes apart when pulled, so a cat can free themselves if caught.
Brass hardware: 100% brass, described as luxurious and durable.
Statement brass tag: described as customizable.
Name: Mars.
The customizable tag
A personalized tag turns a collar into something that belongs to one cat. The listing does not describe how to customize the tag, so check the product photos and page for details before you plan an engraved gift. If you are giving it to someone else, ask for the cat's name and preferred contact details.
Gift planning
Include a gift receipt.
Pair it with a toy or treats.
Add a handwritten note with the cat's name.
Check the photos for color, since the listing does not describe a shade.
Safety reminder for new owners
Fit the collar so two fingers slide beneath it, and watch a new wearer for a few days.
