A lightweight rope leash designed for everyday comfort and to keep its look through regular use, with a few care habits that help it last.
Designed for real use
Halston is made to hold up through real walks while keeping its look. The rope is lightweight and comfortable in the hand, with a little natural give that softens the jolt when a dog pulls.
Looking after the rope
Shake it out: after a dusty or sandy walk, shake off loose dirt.
Dry completely: hang a damp rope in open air, not in a closed bag or car.
Avoid long storage in the sun: strong light can wear any rope over time.
Inspect the length: run it through your hands now and then and feel for rough or thin spots.
Length options
4-foot length: Best choice for crowded sidewalks, the vet's waiting room and busy gatherings, where space is limited.
6 ft: The everyday standard, with more room to sniff on relaxed, low-traffic outings.
When to retire it
If the rope frays, the clip no longer closes cleanly or the handle loop looks worn, replace the leash. A fresh one is better than risking a failure during a walk.
