Keeping it clean
The supplier says to hand wash, or machine wash cold on the delicate cycle, inside a bag or pillowcase to protect the hardware. Air dry flat. Washing it after muddy weeks keeps it looking fresh.
A daily checklist
Fit the collar before the walk: two fingers should slide under it.
Check that the bow sits in the right place and has not slipped.
Look at the D-ring and the stitching now and then.
Take the collar off if it gets wet and let it dry.
Choosing S or M
Measure your dog's neck and compare it with the length range for each size. If your dog is between the two, look at the width as well: M is slightly wider.
