Using them, step by step
Check the label. It carries the complete ingredients, cautions and directions for this product.
Open one pack. Open only what you plan to serve in one sitting.
Serve it your way. Hold it out for your cat, or squeeze it onto a small plate so your cat can lick it at its own pace.
Finish and tidy. Throw away the empty pack and wipe the plate, so the spot is fresh for next time.
Good moments for a treat
A lickable treat pairs well with moments that could use a pleasant ending: after brushing, before going into a carrier, once a nail trim is done, or when a visitor leaves and the house settles down again. A set time of day also works well, because cats quickly learn the pattern.
Storing and counting
Twenty single packs are easy to track: set the box somewhere cats cannot reach and note the day you opened it. Treats count toward your cat's daily food, so go by the label for how many to offer.
Questions people ask
