What's to love
Scratcher and lounge: a sofa-like shape for both claw sessions and downtime.
Removable pads: rearrange them or use them separately around the house.
Double-sided surfaces: flip the cardboard for a fresh texture and a longer life.
Detachable spring toys: something to bat and chase between scratches.
High-density corrugated cardboard: a satisfying surface cats like to dig their claws into.

Placement tips
Try a living room corner, beside the bed or near a crate. Cats often scratch after waking, so a spot near their sleeping area works well. Vacuum shreds occasionally and flip the pads when the surface wears.
