Review Authenticity

Reviews only help if you can trust them. Here is exactly how ours work.

Where our reviews come from

We use Judge.me, an independent review platform, to collect and display customer reviews. Reviews shown on this site come from two sources:

• Customers who purchased from Zavyro. These are marked as verified purchases.
• Verified buyers of the same product on other stores that use Judge.me. This is called review syndication.

Syndicated reviews are real reviews written by real buyers of the identical product — same brand, same model. They let us show useful feedback on an item that is new to our catalog. They are not written by us, and they are not purchased.

What we do not do

• We do not write reviews ourselves, or ask anyone to write one on our behalf.
• We do not offer discounts, free products, gift cards, or any other incentive in exchange for a review, and never in exchange for a positive one.
• We do not delete a review because it is negative or critical.
• We do not suppress low ratings from the average score shown on a product.
• We do not use AI-generated or fabricated reviews.

Moderation

Reviews are published without editing. We remove a review only if it is unlawful, abusive, contains personal information, is unrelated to the product, or we have reason to believe it is fraudulent. We do not remove reviews for being unfavorable.

Reviews are displayed in chronological order and retained for five years.

Ratings and averages

Star ratings shown on a product page are calculated from all published reviews for that product, positive and negative alike. Where a rating is based on a small number of reviews, the review count is shown alongside it so you can weigh it accordingly.

Reporting a review

If you believe a review is fake, misleading, or otherwise improper, email us at contact@zavyro.com with a link to the product and the review. We will investigate and remove it if the concern is founded.

Why this page exists

Federal Trade Commission rules prohibit fake and misleading consumer reviews, including reviews written by a business about itself, reviews bought in exchange for compensation, and the suppression of negative feedback. We publish this page so you can hold us to that standard, and so you know what you are looking at when you read a review here.
